The Wholesome Kitchen Pantry

By keeping certain key foods on hand, you'll have more to draw from to cook something tasty, simple and healthy. This pantry list is a starting point for you to build a wholesome kitchen.
The Basic Pantry
Fats and Oils: extra-virgin olive oil, coconut oil, ghee
Vinegar's: Apple-cider vinegar, balsamic vinegar, rice vinegar
Condiments: Dijon mustard, soy sauce, sriracha, tomato paste, mayo
Sweeteners: honey, map

Seasonings: Sea salt, pepper, oregano, thyme, turmeric, chili powder, cayenne, cinnamon, cumin, paprika.
HERBS TO GROW: Cilantro, dill, basil and rosemary
Proteins: Eggs, grass-fed beef/sausage, extra firm tofu, chicken, hummus, black beans, salmon, tuna, shrimp
Grains: White and brown JASMINE rice, rolled oats, quinoa, pasta
Nuts and Seeds: Nut butter, almonds, walnuts
Dairy: Greek yogurt, coconut or almond milk, shredded cheese
Aromatics: Garlic, onion, carrots, scallions
Vegetables: Broccoli, Kale, mushrooms, cabbage, snow peas, cauliflower, bell peppers, potatoes (sweet are the healthiest)
Fruits: Seasonal -- lemons, limes, bananas, avocados, frozen blueberries
Others: Chicken broth, vegetable broth and wind for cooking
