Spring Wellness


Spring naturally invites renewal and fresh energy. As the days grow longer and the world around us begins to bloom again, it can also be a gentle reminder that we, too, benefit from moments of reset.

Rather than making big changes, spring can be a time to simply refresh a few daily habits, getting outside for fresh air, moving our bodies, nourishing ourselves with whole foods, and creating small pauses in the day to breathe.

If your day feels full,  try this quick spring refresh practice during your day:

  • Take a 10-minute walk outside, even if it's just around the building.

  • Drink one extra glass of water to stay hydrated and energized.

  • Pause for three slow, deep breaths before your next meeting or task.

Berry Yogurt Power Bowl

A quick snack that supports energy, gut health, and reduces inflammation.

Ingredients

  • Greek yogurt (supports gut health, protein)

  • Fresh or frozen blueberries or strawberries (antioxidants)

  • Chopped walnuts or almonds (good omega-3 fats)

  • Chia seeds (good fiber)

  • Drizzle of honey or maple syrup

  • Sprinkle of cinnamon (natural anti-inflammatory properties)

Simple, colorful, and ready in just a couple of minutes.
