· 2 cups Old-fashioned Oats
· 2 cups milk
· 2 cups yogurt (I like Vanilla)
· 1-2 apples chopped small
· 2 tsp cinnamon
· 1-2 T honey
· 2 T chia seeds (OMEGA 3 FOOD)
Toppings: Fresh berries of your choice
Mix it all up and put it in the fridge overnight. Wake-up and serve up a healthy and delicious breakfast.
