Oat Nut Butter Balls

Oat Nut Butter Balls
1 cup of quick cooking oats
⅓ cup of natural Almond or Peanut Butter(I use the organic one from costco)
⅓ cup of honey
1 cup coconut flakes (Optional)
½ cup of chia seeds (optional)
1 tsp of vanilla
A pinch or two of sea salt
½ cup of dark chocolate chips
Mix together in bowl and refrigerate for half hour or more. Roll into balls and Enjoy!
Chocolate Protein Balls
1 big scoop of plant based protein powder(chocolate from Costco)
7-8 dates pitted
1cup of walnuts
1tablespoon of cocoa powder
¼ teaspoon sea salt
¼ cup of almond butter
2-3 tablespoons of chia seeds
*(for extra kick could add 2 tablespoons of ground coffee beans)
