5 drops sandalwood 5 drops frankincense 5 drops lavender 5 drops ylang ylang (or any oils you feel drawn to use!) 1 tablespoon liquid soap 1 cup Epsom salts 1 cup sea salt ½ cup coconut cream
Mix the oils with the liquid soap to emulsify them, then add to the cream. Add cream mixture, Epsom salts and sea salt to hot bath.
Light candles and place them all around the tub.
As your body relaxes, allow yourself to surrender completely to the warm embrace of the water. And as you relax, imagine letting go of everything you’ve outgrown.
Then allow yourself to luxuriate in the bath and simply be. Allow feelings of peace to wash through you and gently let your mind drift to all the things you’re grateful for.
